Leader Access Hire commenced operations in 1996, Family grown business founded on the experience of owner and director Bob Shephard who has been running his own Electrical business since 1986.

Rod Shephard (son) Joined Leader Access hire in June 2005 as the operations manager bringing wealth and experience to the company. Bob also has his Daughter and Son in-law working within the company.
